Once again a great response from you guys. I contacted crystal travel yesterday (just enquired) The guy said not to worry because they are A.T.O.L protected. How do you find out if this is true? Like i said I have been screwed before. It was my first visit to the phils and to turn up at the airport and to be told the company I booked with was under investigation and my ticket was invalid is not a very good experience.

Andy i have booked with Crystal on my last 6 visits to Phils & i can say they are definatley ATOL...I haver never experianced any probs whatsoever with Crystal

I believe there's quite a few members here who use them too.
I've used them about 4 or 5 times and never had any issues. They're always very helpful for me, so easy decision.

If you ask to speak to Cherry she will always come up with a good deal....Well she does for me

I always get 32k baggage allowance too when i fly with cathay.

just think on mate a year or so ago we where men real men who did what we wanted too, when we wanted too, no one told us what to do, but look at us now, very very happy and smile more and are so well looked after, life is sooooooooooooooooo very good

Andy - article from 12 years ago but just make sure you keep an eye on them when they're fuelling the Malaysian aircraft

A mate of mine who is a BA Aircraft Engineer and worked with Malaysian said this was fairly commonplace then
