tracking application online

Hi! just wanna ask those who have experienced tracking their application online...if the applicant didn't receive any text message or email yet from the UKBA or VFS yet but as they tracked their application online it says "processed application returned to courier"...does it mean the application was refused?do u think that the UKBA will either put their in tracking section once the visa is granted or refused? or they just have one same reply to all applicants once the decision is done? thanks

It sounds like the application has indeed been processed and is being sent back to you by courier.

I have noticed that the UKBA can be very unreliable when it comes to giving out messages and we never did get a message to say that our application was succesful, whereas many people did. The first we knew was when the papers and passport and visa arrived back with my wife, via the courier.
