Ah I see, I am currently in the Phils waiting for my spouse visa. I'll be back in UK early Apr if I get visa granted soon.

No news yet I've lodged my visa app on Feb 15 and since then I haven't heard anything. I think they're having back logs again or something. I don't know why It's taking so long, My hubby told me to ring them on monday if I haven't heard anything. I feel a bit worried but I know I'm not the only one left waiting, blesslady lodged hers on Feb 7 and others I know lodged theirs early Jan and still haven't heard anything. The waiting is so frustrating

One of the things I have to do is mark test papers that come in at random over the course of time. Some I mark sooner rather than later. Why, because I pick the ones I find easiest to mark first and not the ones that come in first necessarily. But what's easier for me isn't for someone else and vice versa. It is a form of luck of the draw. So I can completely see how it works in the ECO office. Plus a bit of added etc
