Seven people have been arrested at an Aberdeenshire restaurant for working illegally.

If they cannot prove that legal checks were carried out before employing the workers they could be fined up to £70,000.

There is now way this or any of the other rogue business's will pay serious money - they will make some limp excuse about checking the papers and be let off
