OMG! I've never do that, it's just only a cover page. Now I am worried but we have a photo together with my family and my relative...i hope they will consider that information actually in the checklist they never mention to copy all the pages of the passport but i think its better if i photocopy, i cant do anything now because I submitted my Documents (spouse visa) last march 14 and I only received 2 text from the UKBA. Passport ..(all pages, excluding the blank ones) and Birth certificate ...Bank statement must be original (the ones posted out to you) ...don't forget you need evidence of his visits to the Philippines ..(stamped pages on passport would suffice)
