Fury at human rights delay in sentencing rapist

it's time someone ended this Human Rights , he lost his rights when he raped women

A JAMAICAN rapist who struck again after avoiding deportation has launched a bid to use human rights laws to stop police monitoring him for the rest of his life.

    ...

Despite the Home Office agreeing to send him back to Jamaica, he appealed his case at the Court of Session in Edinburgh, where three judges ruled that he was not a risk to the public and allowed him to stay in the UK.
