I think there is a difference ..I am the bread winner, the one supporting my family, not much point in me going somewhere to be unemployed and have very little chance of an income.

oh, how many people in their letter of support put if their spouse wasn't granted a visa, then they would consider or even move to the phils. I know i did , they could have called my bluff

No I never said that in my application ...but I did state I had tried ..I was out there for a 7month period in 2010 and did look hard for work ..had I found anything I would have stayed for sure ..

The day I had to leave (no money) ..wife crying on one shoulder and my son crying on the other ...then 23hrs on a plane full of strangers...very very difficult to cope with ..
