Hi to all what are the requirements to get passport here in the philippines? First time applicants thank you all.

Hi Kristy, for first time passport applicants you will need:

*Duly accomplished application form.
*Birth Certificate (BC) in Security Paper (SECPA) issued by the National Statistics Office (NSO) or Certified True Copy (CTC) of BC issued by the Local Civil Registrar duly authenticated by NSO.
*Proof of identity / Supporting documents indicating full name, date and place of birth and citizenship (This could include valid ID's such as NBI Clearance, Driver's Licence, SSS, Postal, TIN, Voters, School and other government valid IDs.
*Other Supporting documents. (NSO Marriage certificate if married)
*Personal Appearance is required.

All documents must be original with photocopies.

Thank you very much Juvyjones for the info, i heard that if you get passport you need form 137 is that true? Or no need form 137? Thank you very much.

Form 137 from School? I don't think so. The list I gave you is from the DFA website so apparently that's all the requirements they need.
