Dont know alot about the Bucks area but I have heard that they have a very good well attended Barrio Fiesta every year in Milton Keynes Bucks which is an indication that there is a large Filipino community.

Yep, I was going to say Milton Keynes. There are at least two big organisations in Milton Keynes. A community based one and a Nurses one.
