oh i forgot to tell you, once your friend has the COA, and is married, she can apply for a spouse visa from inside the uk, the spouse visa will cancel the work visa, then once she has the spouse visa, there is no restrictions on her working at all. i tihnk you told me she been here 3 yrs on her work permit? , if its a 5 yr work permit, she could i tihnk not apply for a spouse visa and wait for her 5yrs is up on her work permit, then apply for ILR and then naturalization . but check with IND, becuase my head hurts
