i read this b4, the woman should be able to sue UKBA because if they had done thier job and deported him straight away she would not have been raped

I always thought bail was a matter for the courts do decide but this immigration bail lark seems to be given on the whim of UKBA penpushers
why is it other countrys wont let you in if you been convicted but uk just lets them in and gives then everything why dont they just round them all up put them on a plane and fly them out and stuff the human rights were it should be stuffed
