Yep, I also never realised that walking SLOWLY could be so tiring.

when we go out for a walk together,I sit in the local sari sari and ask her to go ahead..After about 10 mins I walk briskly and catch her up in 5mins flat ...We go out for a walk for exercise and I have to slow down to walk with her. Kind of defeats the object....
Sometimes I feel like I am in the middle east for this reason....

My wife is exactly the same ....she always says to me why are you walking so fast ....i reply this is my normal walking pace.

I had the same experience with my ex-bf.....He walked really fast.......my feet badly hurt and he didn't seem to care
