Lechón kawali for dinner tonight. With a British touch of Yorkshire Pudding and roasted potatoes.

Well Steve, aren't we just a couple a cheery forumers this Easter
we both have been spoilt this last week with the weather, yes its been great but it should be a little colder this time of year,any plans for easter, hopefully we shall be having a bbq with friends who will be back from the phils that weekend
Only plans we have is to 'box-up' the house contents and discuss when to move out to Phils with all our worldy goods
thats the best plans i have ever heard,wish i was doing that, i really really do,
so did everyone enjoy summer,
That's what I always say.
