Emma would love to help her dad imrove his home, new roof beams, and a general tidy up, what are the cost out there, trying to make any sense from Emma is hard a thousand pound or more is the answer, my answer is what about our plans for our home over there Em, plus what about your sisters and brothers to help too, well you know what the answer to that is, so any ideas about costings

It depends on the size of his place of course, but Timber is a lot cheaper than here...and corrugated steel, though may be more now because of metal prices increasing.

Construction labour maybe p300 a day.

Your Asawa will be the best judge though, to be honest.

i dont mind paying so much, but i am not throwing money after bad, would love to be there and help price it up, Em would love to make it nice, she says if we do that then it would be our base for when we move there,its in marikina and i dont want to live there, no views, and nowhere to go, we shall see what happens , thanks Graham

I think you may be somewhat surprised about the costs for a new roof in Marikina.
Especially if the roof supports need replacing.
Aint no-one going to be able to give any idea of the cost without knowing much more detailed info. such as size etc.
The new roof we put on last 2010 was over P150k
