LTR (ILR) for Isle of Man

    (not LTR - sorry)

Although we all apply through the UKBA for visas to the UK and the Isle of Man etc, things change a bit once a Spouse visa, for example, has been granted. Once in the Isle of Man, ILR application is carried out locally to the IOM Immigration Dept and not in the UK or to the UKBA itself.

This is as of March 2012

    APPLICATION FOR
    INDEFINITE LEAVE TO REMAIN
    IN THE ISLE OF MAN
AS THE PARTNER OF A PERSON
PRESENT AND SETTLED IN THE ISLE OF MAN
