From our personal viewpoint, I asked that exact question of our advisor. She said that the UKBA normally expect bank statements to be not much more than about 4 or 5 weeks old. Our concern at the time was that my bank statements were dated around 2nd of August and our submission was due to go in at the end of August - just the way the timing went for us. they could ask for your current bank statements.
does that mean i need to ask for April 1st to 13th? can we just download it online then go bank to have them stamp?
Judging from what I know, I would say yes, good idea.....The online printout is fine aslong as it is stamped and signed by the bank....
