My wife has been here 6 months and already, despite not being employed etc, she has a letter from the Isle Of Man equivalent of the Inland Revenue. They originally sent her a tax return form to an address I held last year, before she arrived here. And they eventually tracked her down to our current address. Very tenacious of them.

The flipside is that we have the potential to use documentation sent by them to her as evidence of address for ILR. So, more bits of evidence for the ILR "bucket"!
