    Need advice please...

Hi everyone, here is another query and asking for your advices please..
After reading 2 threads regarding refusal of child dependents visa it makes me more worried about my son’s application for his visa….
Here is my situation…I tried to contact my ex (bio-father) of my son to asked him if he is willing to sign the affidavit of consent and he agreed and he even set the date he is available, but he said he will only sign the affidavit only if I wont changed the surname of our son. On the day of our appointment to the solicitor he changed his mind and he walked out infront of the solicitor and even the solicitor was very mad for his attitude because she was talking to him and he turned his back to her.
After he left he sent a text msg to my mom and said that he want different solicitor and he doesn’t one the I contacted so I just go with the flow, so we look for another solicitor but Im so unlucky coz the solicitor is not around so we have to go back again, but my ex said he wont be available until next Monday so I said ok. Just when I reached home we received a text msg from my ex saying that he really has no intention to sign the consent bec even if he sign or not I can still bring my son with me bec the custody and rights still be given to me…

My question now is can I put in my letter of support (son’s application)that his bio-father refused to sign the consent twice? What are my chances are?? What is the best thing for me to do??

Thank you for your time reading my long post..

are you married to your sons father?
is your son using his surname ?
are you always living with your son ? meaning your son never lived with his father ?

my only advice is dont submit unnecessary documents that can jeopardise your visa application..if the father doesnt want to sign the consent dont force him ,...if you are not married and your son uses the father surname you can have different documents to prove sole responsibility ie school documents, letter from your sons pediatrician, health insurance showing your son as one of the beneficiaries.
