Check List
Many people on the forum ask about the UKBA checklist. Visalogic dont use it as it is too general and everybodies case is different. . They just arrange the documentation in the way they see fit which parallels the way the UKBA arrange their list of requirements. They submit a covering letter stating who they are, their OISC registration number etc, which pretty much says things along the lines of that according to UK immigration law my client meets the requirements in paragraph 281 and here is the evidence followed by a list of the enclosed evidence and the evidence itself.
