I agree with Terpe and Arthur. I think u have to take first the Englist test bcoz u have to wait about 2wk-1 month for the result of speaking test. If you do the exam by May so probably get your speaking test result by June at the same time ur annulment been finalized as u need it too to prove that ur free to marry ur fiance. Good luck to u girl
