Bless to find this informative forum, Let me introduce myself I'm Cel from Cebu. I joined this forum to find friends and start a right path on processing and never go wrong no more. Just 2010 we try to process tourist visa but so say we failed, lack proof and whats sad say that agency who process everything run our money including the plane ticket they collect. That's why now we plan to process fiance visa on our own, with help this forum and advice we get idea from you guy's. I'm already pregnant going 4months that's why were eager to be together now and shouldn't get wrong this time. But guy's can u help me about where to take IELTS here in cebu? As what i have read this is the first step in process fiance visa? pls enlighten me..

Bisaya ka girl cause me too. I sad about your visa processing experienced and me too I chose to process my visa on my own my researching in the internet and have some advices of my friend who is in UK now.

Cel, the first step you need to do is take an English Test. TOEIC Test from Hopkins International. They will let you take English Test for Fiancée Visa (Listening, Reading and Speaking test).

Then, complete all the document they need from the Check list for Fiancée Visa from VFS that will guide you. Just follow instruction there. Submit the document in VFS just google the address. Then, that's it.

Hello pinkrose...as far as i know Hopkins has a branch in Cebu unfortunately it's for Listening and Reading test only so you have to go to Makati to take your speaking test.

Fiancée Visa pud tawon girl. hehehe Eclick ni Cel... then call the Hopkins for the inquiry so that you know the exact address in Cebu and the cost http://www.hopkins.ph/contact-us/branches/cebu kay sa manila man gud ko nagtake. Then I suggest, you joined for 1 day review so you know some techniques for the English. Better have guarantee to pass that 50-50 sakit sa doghan mafail. Lisod life layo sa lalab dear....
