Hmm ... it's a BIG risk to take! I'd say best to put off until the annulment is finalised. Settlement Visa fees are extremely high and [generally] non-refundable.

Arthur is quite correct, for fiancee visa you need to be free to marry and will need to submit evidence of that.
But I think it's a good idea that you will start some preparations by researching here in the forum on the documents and the evidence you will eventually need once you have the annulment papers finalised.

Please take a look here for Fiance(e) Visa Guide

and look here at UKBA website for Fiance(e)
    Just follow the links

Hope this helps. I'm sure you'll find plenty to keep you busy.

Did you pass the English Language test yet?
You need to get that step done asap

Don't feel shy to ask any questions that you need to find clarification for

I agree with Terpe and Arthur. I think u have to take first the Englist test bcoz u have to wait about 2wk-1 month for the result of speaking test. If you do the exam by May so probably get your speaking test result by June at the same time ur annulment been finalized as u need it too to prove that ur free to marry ur fiance. Good luck to u girl

I think it is possible to get a fiancee visa while the annulment has not been finalised but there could be a greater risk of refusal, if you could get a letter from the judge stating it will be within the next few months you could apply before its finalised

Wait till you have the Decree of Absolute and Annotation of your Marriage Certicate with NSO before you apply for Fiance Visa.

your Attorney can only give you the final decision but it should be submitted for review with the Office of the Solicitor General. In some circumstances the Solicitor general appeals with the Court of Appeals ( http://filipinaroses.com/showthread....795-Buggered.) if the Solicitor General didnt Appeal with the CA then you will get the Absolute Decree and you are free to marry again and can file for fiance visa.
