The boss of an Indian takeaway continually pestered a 14-year-old girl for sex - even after she told police - and also propositioned her mother and her grandmother, a court heard today.
The youngster was one of six Azad Miah allegedly tried to recruit as child prostitutes while at the same time allegedly running a brothel from his city centre premises in Carlisle, Cumbria.
A jury at Carlisle Crown Court heard her account of how Miah and other men at the now closed Spice of India restaurant continually asked her for sex and stalked her in the street.
