The weather is hot here and my wife and i and my children are enjoying the hospitality of the filippino
people. The pound is slightly up. Wowowee is very funny. Everybody is smiling and kindest regards to all forum members.

I might be totally wrong but I'd suspect registering your objections about salary thresholds would be directed in the wrong channel, the Ambassador is merely a very well rewarded civil servant who has no bearing or input on immigration policy - you stand scant chance of getting an appointment as these type of people prefer to remain faceless bureaucrats except when theres a bit of hospitality going. You should make arrangements to see your MP at her office in Westminster or one of her constituency surgeries - their job is to represent your concerns and raise issues with Ministers. Best of luck with your endeavours - I'd strongly recommend a series of face to face meetings, make a nuisance of yourself its harder to brush you off unlike all the Joes who just writes a letter.

I liked Wowowee am glad it's still on there
