It was indeed a BLESSING IN DISGUISE that the card he sent did not arrive on time. I was telling him one afternoon about looking for his BANK STATEMENT and scan a copy reflecting the ETIHAD transaction. BUT, he could not find any ETIHAD TRANSACTION on that card (SANTANDER- the one sent to me). So he had to call Etihad and asked for the sort code of the debit card used to book the flight.
