In which case I believe Filipinas don't need a visa just for a tourist trip.
Probably best to check on the Manila Thai Embassy site though.

Looking at flights my self.. 4 adults..$100 return from Manila!!

Whilst she can freely travel to Bangkok in terms of visas, a very serious word of caution regarding Filipino Immigration. They may stop her under the auspices of preventing human trafficing. I've come across a few people who've had these difficulties.
Make sure she has details of return flights, hotel bookings, letter from the boyfriend etc etc.
Yep, I've heard that's becoming a major problem too Ricky...with girls being turned away at the airport.

The Americans have apparently been putting pressure on the Phils to be more-pro-active on 'human trafficking' as one of the conditions for giving more aid.
clark is getting bad for everything since they brought the dregs of Manila immigration down to bolster the numbers as clark grows
