Whilst she can freely travel to Bangkok in terms of visas, a very serious word of caution regarding Filipino Immigration. They may stop her under the auspices of preventing human trafficing. I've come across a few people who've had these difficulties.
Make sure she has details of return flights, hotel bookings, letter from the boyfriend etc etc.
