Hello....just want to share that ive got my card 14 weeks after mailing all the documents. It took a while but worth waiting. Just keep praying guys and everything will be fine.

what card evo?? you mean the residence permit card..you are on ILR/FLR?? SO AFTER biometric at least 14 weeks of waiting..or you mean the application for the visa?? itself

Hi Moy, Residence permit and im on ILR...yup 14 weeks from the date i mail all the documents for the visa.

Hi Caree and Moy, im on my FLR before i file my ILR.
Maybe that's the new policy now that if you are on spouse visa you don't need to do biometrics......Caree, naku nakakainis nga yan,hehehehe. I know how you feel, just keep on praying, dont worry. Was thinking and hoping that after my biometrics everything is alright now. Is there anyone here who's on the same stage as mine??? want to know how long do we have to wait after the biometrics?

I am on same stage as you, just got a latter stating tht i should go for ma biometrics of which i have done, did that just about a week a ago am looking for same answer as you are, need to know how long it takes for me to get a response from UKBA,

Just for others that might be in similar situation this post might be of help, i did send my application via post filled in ma card details. but to ma appointment i got my whole application back a month ltr saying that i did not have a enough money in my acct, and was advice in the latter of what step to take nxt so i did as they said went filled a new updated form went to the post office bought a postal order this time around and sent it off. i regretted sending ma application via post when i new better that face - face would have been the best option i had no choice though as i had my first appointment cancelled by UKBA due to some annoying IT problems and was asked to re-book ma appointment. and i never got another date and was running out of time so i sent it off via the post. and secondly i will highly recommend that fresh applicant use a postal order instead of paying via card, talking from experience. i hope this help some one out dia.
