its that time of year to get my insurance again, the letter pops through the letter box and its gone up £64, why i ask and then i start to look whats on offer, kwick fit are the cheapest and for the same policy so i ring my old one, i am leaving i said, the price is to high we can reduce it down so i am paying £30 more they said, i said no and i am going with kwick fit for £144 a year contents new for old and buildings insurance too

I never accept a renewal price without checking online. I change my car insurer almost every year.

I switched the content insurance to the AA this year as it includes laptop/camera cover all over the world.

what did you pay for the extra camera and laptop

Only a few quid, I was paying £100 a year with a seperate company just for the laptop cover .... the AA covers any hardware I take around the planet upto the amount I specified. Costs only about £80 all in
