This lot are as much scum and filth as "proper criminals" they have evaded procedures and checks to enter the country and could be paedophiles, terrorists, mass murderers or carriers of infectious diseases.

Or they could be model citizens, loving parents, etc pp. We don't know that. All we know is that they came here to work. Nothing wrong with that in itself.

That's incorrect. You don't need fake identities to get fake jobs. They used the fake identity to get real jobs and pay real taxes. Had they gotten fake jobs they'd still be here.

So in your book if you are desperate enough to go and live somewhere it's OK to break that countries laws to acheive it ?

No, they are criminals because of that. But scum? Come on, there are far worse people out there.

I've felt for a while that Australia would be a better place for me (they deal with illegals and foreign criminals a bit more robustly there) - I'd better make my way to Indonesia and see if I can jump on a trafficking boat there.

As bitter as you are, maybe a change of scenery would do you good.
