I don't get the logic behind accepting the charges on "Small amounts" £4.99 on £100 is 5% in my book - why not transfer say £400 at less frequent intervals then the £4.99 is only 1.25%

Depends how urgently they need money and how much you have to spare...and I aint married...yet.
