Fiancée visa re-entry to UK question

    Hi.

If my lady gets a Fiancée Visa and comes to the UK can she leave the UK and return on this Visa? (for example to visit family). Or is this a 'one hit' Visa and we'd need to get the Spouse Visa before she tries to leave?

    Thank you.

    T/.

As stevie c has said, the fiancee visa is actually multiple entry but care needs to be taken not to overly use that benefit.
Don't forget that the visa is valid for 6 months.
It's a settlement visa and should not be used for any other purpose.

Thank you Terpe and Stevie. Yes, we plan to marry etc as soon as practical, I'm just checking that she isn't 'stuck' if things take a month or two. She has to close up her life/job etc. in Dubai and may wish to nip back there in the short term.

    Your help is appreciated.

    Regards.

There'll be no problem in that case

For me, it's safer to get the spousal visa before leaving the country
