Anyone have recommendations for an honest and effective advisor in Manila?

Some say use one in the UK as they are the best to deal with UK law.....but many people also simply successfully use the wealth of experience on this forum.....

Some travel agents in Manila (like Swagman Travel and 'Mr.Ticket') have specialists who they employ to sort out the LOCAL documentation that your partner needs.
