Thanks Juvy i already called them up and sent me that form but still NO CONFIRMATION if i can submit my docs on friday, if the bank receipt is valid 10 days and that i have to wait, I should then wait till i have the confirmation right? Bec i will not pay the fee and lose the ten days while they are taking so long to give me confirmation?? OR DO I HAVE TO PAY THE FEE ALREADY SO THEY CAN GIVE ME THE SLOT?? IS that how it works? bec i was so happy i thought they be giving me the slot bec they were quick to answer the calls and directed me to email and now ITS TAKING AGES for that confirmation! But I have a feeling that you may have to wait a few days. Take note that the MC you will purchase or Bank Receipt is valid 10 days from the date of payment. Best of luck with your visa application
