There are many hotels around the capitol area, Verbena Pension houses is one ,quite affordable and walking distance in NBI. DFA Cebu is located near the Basilica del Sto Nino.famous landmark in Cebu.
Hi Kristy,. Patri de Cebu offers a very low price of accomodation,..it's along P. Burgos St. near the Metropolitan Cathedral., not far from the DFA Office which is along Osmena Boulevard but a bit far from NBI Office., try to use google maps, not sure if there changes of their addresses,.will try to search
