Tier 2 Immigration to UK

depends again, they could use an agency to help fill in the app.

This individual is in the states. US citizen. I am guessing that they would submit the application in the UK embassy in the USA.......but just guessing.

I think we are rather fortunate here in that the IOM Immigration are so readily accessible. My bosses PA is looking into this but it is completely new to her. We will get there in the end though.
