yep, leche flan is just like creme brulee..I love creme brulee using a blow torch for the caramel topping

haha, I haven't seen this episode. Though my mother in law told me about this.. about the funny part that the filipina ate the eyes of the fish and one man there was sick because he reckons it was gross.
