    Mother In-law wants to visit

My mother in-law wants to visit us. How can I go about this? It will be on a 6 months visit and not settlement. I looked at the IND site and only settlement for parents have written information and not for 6 month visit.

It'll be easier for your mother-in-law to apply visit than settlement, so go for visit visa.
Not an expert, I only try to help.

well... or else wife will get mad. Wife wants to work full time, we need someone to look after the very young kids. Only six months anyway.
