Yes, it's true that if you enter into a relationship with a married woman in Phils, then you are potentially in a great deal of trouble - and I THINK I read once that this also applies to living with a local woman if you're not married, but I could be wrong.
BUT this thread is about a guy who has met a lady in the UK. The UK police aren't going to come drag him off to Wormwood Scrubs for living over the brush (In fact if she's a stunner, they might give him a pat on the back and congratulate him)
Same as if you pinch a car here, you might get a slap on the wrist, do the same in Saudi, and.....
On the other note, it might indeed be a good idea to be absolutely sure she is indeed divorced, since it's not exactly easy in Phils. Surely though she would have to prove this before you got married over here - or does she! I obviously have never had experience of this (thank flip)
