fiancee visa documents

What proof do we need for us to apply for the fiance visa?my fiancee work with her parenst,they have family business like pension house,furnitures and sometimes they do buy and sell cars,shes is assistant manager of her mother.she cannot provide any payslips or bankstatement,but she have a regular income from her parents,just like her allowance every month.she has 80,000 pesos in her savings account,my fiancee live in bacolod city and im a permanent resident here in uk.so i want your furter advise especially in our documents.
