you can see from the link you need 4 in each section, thou UKBA were originally only interested in the speaking and listening sections which you got more than 4 in.
email publicvisaenqs@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and ask them about your bands
but is it worth the risk of losing your visa app visa, probably better to take it again, or email UKBA and see what they say..
