    Busier than ever with appeals

something i've noticed there seems to be more refusals now than i can ever remember in the past. A change in gov guidance , more refusals ??

Anecdotal evidence from immigration advisers suggest an upsurge in immigration and visa appeal cases, as more refusals are dished out for cases which they say would have been granted in the past.

    ...

‘But the work doesn’t stop once the appeal has been granted. Getting the UKBA or British Embassy to issue the visa is proving more difficult than ever!

That's what I was wondering. Maybe looking at all the applications more searchingly now, using more stringent criteria or simply applying existing criteria more stringently?

i bet it is, refusal means more money if you dont have a right to appeal and with the proposed removal of the full right to appeal on some family members it can only mean more pera
