Hi guys,i want to know what is a TIN number as zel needs to open a bank account and she has been asked for on,where does she get a TIN number and are they difficult to get thanks in advance ,,, jay ...

your fiancee can actually apply for TIN even if she dont have a work just let her go to BIR office,fill up a form and if they will ask why she will need one just tell she need one for identification that's what i did with mine i was able to get one after an hour
