I've lived with that for quite some years.
Despite the relatively high cost my wife remains hopeful

*Pink was a colour my daughter previously had an aversion to (for clothing). However ... since giving birth to her own daughter in the autumn of 2009, she's grown rather fond of *it!

Despite their size, in tests Minis were found to 'fit' the widest range of heights. (Talluns like you and me being able to put knees each side of the steering wheel).

I was talking to a woman at work who lives in Peel. The car was built on Peel and as you say Graham, was ahead of its time in terms of materials used to build it.....she said that the car manufacturing had been sold out to a firm on the UK mainland and are no longer manufactured in Peel.
Anyhow, great for all the Pinays....
