Calm down fella
It's a spouse visa, but it can be called a settlement visa. Don't worry, it's very unlikely you could apply for the wrong one.
Spouse visa = visa for your wife to join you here for an initial 5 years
Settlement visa aka ILR for your wife to live her permanently after 5 years - the idea being if it was a fake marriage it would have broken down by then.
