Thank you for replying to my advert. I am sure that I can get the woman's visa renewed if she wants to come to work for us. It will mean a lot of hard work on our part, writing letters to the Home Office, producing papers on our income etc. but I will be happy to do this if the lady is serious about working for us and staying for at least a couple of years.
