Two men who made up to £800,000 in an immigration scam were jailed for a total of eleven years today.

Deportation and Proceeds of crime action. Love to think they would be deported penniless but I'm sure they have already got another crooked solicitor trying to prevent that.

i was thinking that many more people would be using this 'scam' if/when a minimum income was brought in for settlement visa's. looks like the only reason they got caught was the number of apps that came from the companies they set up.

Yeah good work by someone at the UKBA but greed got the better of them in the end with the amount of applications submitted.
