The answers simples. Give them the vote, give them voting cards - but they aren't allowed postal votes, and must attend the polling station in person
No changes to the usual rules of course about where they should be at any one day
Let's hope this is the start of Cameron growing some balls.
I won't be holding my breath though.
The ECHR needs telling to take a run and jump, and an end be brought about to this ridiculous out-sourcing of our Justice system to a bunch of foreigners.
