UK can decide which prisoners vote, says European Court

Bit of a no brainer if you ask me. Sentenced to a custodial sentence means you lose your rights including the right to vote.

The answers simples. Give them the vote, give them voting cards - but they aren't allowed postal votes, and must attend the polling station in person
No changes to the usual rules of course about where they should be at any one day

The ECHR needs telling to take a run and jump, and an end be brought about to this ridiculous out-sourcing of our Justice system to a bunch of foreigners.
