Can i ask further... coz my bf will be visiting by sept. and that will be the time that he will change his CNI into a local one and i will then start processing of wedding docs, like submitting of CNI to city health office and church by november. However, our wedding date will still be by jan. 2008. could it be possible? is the local CNI still valid by january's wedding?
