All violent crimes should be punished by imprisonment.
Worse than many other crimes that attract an immediate custodial sentence IMO, because someone could potentially lose their life.
No wonder these scum have no respect for the law when they have nothing to fear in the way of punishment.
I had my nose bust when I was 18 and the perpetrator was sent to prison for 3 months for GBH.
Evidently violence is not taken so seriously nowadays.
No doubt if it had been the white secretary attacking the blacks it would have been deemed a racist crime and they would have thrown the book at her
